Creating a Whiteboard Animation Video to showcase who the company is at the core.
Sharné Consulting is led by Sharné Lategan, a Personal Growth and Energetics Coach and creator of the Grow and Expand Signature Methodology©. A transformative framework designed to bridge the gap between where individuals are and where they want to be. Her work focuses on guiding ambitious women, entrepreneurs, and leaders toward achieving not just external success, but deep inner fulfilment.
Her methodology encourages clients to stop waiting and wishing for change, and instead to step into their Highest-Self identity, the version of themselves that naturally claims, creates, and attracts the life and success they desire.
We were commissioned to produce an introduction and explainer video that encapsulates who Sharné Consulting is, what her Grow and Expand philosophy represents, and what clients can expect when working with her. The goal was to visually express her brand essence, calm yet powerful, spiritual yet grounded, while maintaining an approachable and empowering tone
Project Objectives
The primary objective was to create a visually inspiring and emotionally resonant video that introduces Sharné Consulting to new audiences and potential clients, effectively communicating her message of transformation, empowerment, and energetic alignment.
Key objectives included:
- Introducing the Brand and Founder: Presenting Sharné as a relatable yet inspiring figure, grounded in authenticity and experience.
- Explaining the Grow and Expand Methodology: Clearly outlining the philosophy and process behind her coaching framework.
- Building Emotional Connection: Using tone, imagery, and pacing to evoke trust, warmth, and motivation.
- Encouraging Engagement: Inspiring viewers to take the next step, whether joining the community, booking a session, or exploring her coaching programs.
The Creative Process
The project combined storytelling, visual symbolism, and authentic narration to capture Sharné’s unique voice and brand identity. Our creative direction centered on light, motion, and flow, visual metaphors for personal growth and energetic expansion.
Client Consultation
We worked closely with Sharné Lategan to understand her brand’s essence, audience, and desired emotional tone. Through collaborative discussions, we distilled the key message: that growth is both an inner and outer journey, and that success should feel aligned, not forced.
The visual direction needed to communicate empowerment, serenity, and transformation, the three pillars of the Grow and Expand experience.
Research and Storyboarding
The storyboard mapped out a journey, beginning with the question of “wanting more” from life and business, and moving through the transformation process of alignment, growth, and expansion.
Each scene was designed to visually mirror the flow of energy and personal evolution, using a combination of abstract motion graphics, natural imagery, and soft transitions. Visual metaphors such as light radiance, blooming patterns, and upward movement symbolized the rise into one’s Higher Self.
Script Development
The script was crafted to sound authentic and heartfelt, mirroring Sharné’s coaching tone, empowering yet nurturing. It spoke directly to her target audience of high-performing women, founders, and entrepreneurs, addressing both their challenges and aspirations.
The language reflected her mission: helping women claim their freedom, own their power, and step into a life of abundance and fulfilment, not by striving harder, but by realigning with who they truly are.
Voiceover and Sound Design
In keeping with the brand’s authenticity, Sharné herself performed the voiceover, lending a deeply personal and relatable quality to the video. Her natural tone, confident yet compassionate, added credibility and emotional depth.
The sound design supported her narration with calming background music and subtle ambient textures that mirrored the themes of clarity, growth, and energetic expansion. The pacing of both voice and visuals was deliberately balanced, slow enough to feel reflective, yet dynamic enough to inspire action.
Design and Animation
The animation style combined minimalist motion graphics with organic, flowing imagery. Soft gradients, light trails, and elegant typography were used to evoke a sense of peace and empowerment.
Every design decision, from color palette to movement style, was aligned with Sharné’s brand personality: modern, feminine, spiritual, and empowering.

Execution
The production process focused on harmonizing message and mood, ensuring that the visuals, narration, and music all worked together to communicate emotional resonance and clarity.
Editing and Integration
The final edit balanced clean transitions, layered motion graphics, and timed visual emphasis to match Sharné’s spoken words. The flow was designed to guide viewers through the story of transformation, from uncertainty and striving to clarity, alignment, and empowerment.
Typography overlays highlighted key phrases from her methodology, reinforcing important takeaways without distracting from the voiceover.
Client Collaboration
We collaborated closely with Sharné throughout the production process, refining the visual tone and pacing to match her energy and brand intention. Her feedback was integral to maintaining authenticity and alignment with her coaching philosophy.
