Project Objectives

The primary goal of this project was to produce a clear and educational Whiteboard Animation that demystifies the Two-Pot Retirement System. It needed to align with their mission of empowering financial literacy while reinforcing the company’s trusted reputation for expert, client-focused guidance.

Key objectives included:

• Simplifying Complex Financial Concepts: Breaking down the mechanics of the Two-Pot System into easy-to-understand visuals and explanations.
• Promoting Financial Literacy: Helping viewers make informed decisions about their savings and retirement options.
• Reinforcing Brand Values: Reflecting their commitment to integrity, expertise, and dependable financial advice.
• Encouraging Engagement: Using accessible visuals and relatable metaphors to encourage viewers to seek further advice or consultation from advisors.

The Creative Process

Our creative process combined financial insight with visual storytelling to create an animation that was both informative and clear. Every element, from the scripting to the final animation, was designed to reflect the brand’s professionalism and brand identity.

• Client Consultation
  We began by collaborating closely with the client’s team to understand their goals, target audience, and the key principles behind the Two-Pot System. The consultations focused on finding the right balance between technical accuracy and audience accessibility. The final direction was to create a friendly, educational tone that would appeal to both existing clients and the general public.

• Research and Storyboarding
  We conducted detailed research on the Two-Pot Retirement System, ensuring that the explanation of its structure, splitting contributions between accessible and long-term retirement savings, was depicted with clarity. The storyboard visualised the process using pots of coins as a central metaphor, representing how contributions are divided and grown over time.
  Sequential sketches mapped out the flow: introduction of the system, explanation of the two pots, examples of usage, and a closing call-to-action encouraging viewers to consult them for personalized advice.

• Script Development
  The script was written to be clear, concise, and conversational, explaining financial terms in plain language without losing credibility or accuracy. The tone aligned with their mission, to educate and empower through expert guidance. Key messaging reinforced their values of trust, integrity, and results-driven service while keeping the content relatable to everyday savers.

• Design and Animation
  This was a custom Whiteboard Animation, designed from scratch to bring the Two-Pot concept to life. We used simple yet engaging visuals such as coins filling pots, arrows showing fund flow, and icons representing accessibility, growth, and security.
  The whiteboard style allowed us to visually “build” the system step by step, mirroring how the new framework simplifies retirement planning. The clean design reflected Everest Wealth’s professionalism, while subtle branding elements ensured consistency with their corporate identity.

• Voiceover and Sound Design
  The narration was recorded in-house by one of our team members to ensure a warm, approachable delivery. This in-house production approach allowed Everest Wealth to allocate more resources toward custom illustration and refinement of visual storytelling.
  The voice-over was paired with calm, confident background music, symbolizing trust and financial stability, while subtle sound effects accompanied visual transitions to keep the audience engaged and guide attention through the narrative.
